In this activity you will be using a spreadsheet that calculates how many people attended different animal shows on Monday thru Friday.

1. Click the Attendance icon and choose "Save" to save it to your desktop.




2. Once it is saved, double-click the spreadsheet icon to open it.



3. Now you will answer the following questions.



4. How many people went to the Dolphin show on Tuesday?



5. What show had the fewest attending on Friday?



6. How many total people attended the Shark show during the 5 days?



7. Which day had the most visitors?



8. How many attended all the shows?



9. What is the cell address for the total of the Monday shows?



10. Click cell B4 and change the number to 98. What is the total number attending the Monday shows now?



11. Click the Chart1 tab. What kind of chart is this?



12. Click the Sheet1 tab to look at the spreadsheet again. Type the number 125 in cell E3 and then press the ENTER/RETURN key.



13. Click the Chart1 tab and then look at the chart again. Did it change?



14. Print the spreadsheet again after you've made the changes.



15. Save the spreadsheet and then close the Spreadsheet program.
